Precautions
- One ticket per person issued (including free admission tickets and group tickets)
- Reissuance is not possible for lost or stolen tickets
- Proof of age, special discounts, and free admission (e.g., ID) must be presented
- The all-period ticket can only be used by the registered holder
- Night tickets are valid for entry starting from 17:00
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Full refund available until the end of the event
- No refunds for tickets that have already been used
- No partial refund for multiple tickets purchased at the on-site ticket office
(full cancellation and refund required with the purchased tickets, followed by repurchase) - No refunds for unused tickets after the event has ended
- Cancellations are processed on business days from 09:00 to 17:00, excluding weekends and holidays
- Requests made after 17:00 are considered as received the next business day, and those made on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
